Cory is a business attorney with a litigation backbone and a strategist’s mindset. Based in Texarkana, Cory serves clients across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
Cory is known for assembling the right team — not just checking boxes. Whether guiding a client through a major acquisition, responding to a government investigation, or quarterbacking multi-party federal litigation, he combines real-world pragmatism with courtroom firepower. Clients value his ability to simplify the complex and to offer candid, forward-thinking advice when it matters most.
Cory earned his BBA in Accounting in 2000 and began his career working for a CPA firm, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and business operations. He went on to earn his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2005 and was immediately licensed to practice in Texas. He is now also licensed in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
Outside the office, Cory is married to Summer and is the proud father of Elle and Colin. He enjoys time on the water, especially sailing, and the loyal companionship of Sailor, the family’s goldendoodle (she likes Cory best).
